Former Algerian Transport Minister, Mohamed Maghlaoui, dies at the age of 65

Mohamed Maghlaoui, Transport Minister between 2004 and 2008, passed away in Algiers at the age of 65 following a long disease. 

• According to the APS press agency, M. Maghlaoui had followed medical treatment in Algerian and foreign hospitals.
• His disease compelled him to quit the government in June 2008, after the nomination of Ahmed Ouyahia at the head of the Algerian government.
• Late Mohamed Maghlaoui will be buried in his native town of Skikda, in the east of the country.
