Four injured, including a little girl, in a roadside bomb east of Algiers
A roadside bomb exploded Wednesday at about 12: 20 pm, south of Boumerdes, east of Algiers.
-
Sources told Echorouk that the process took place in the region of Louknas where terrorists placed a remote-controlled roadside bomb on the edge of a road of gendarmerie patrols that usually use that way during their daily control.
-
-
The roadside blast coincided with the passage of the gendarmerie car that was badly damaged and three gendarmes injured, as well as a seven years-old girl who was playing near the ambush.
-
-
The wounded were taken to hospital to receive treatment and security services opened an investigation on the incident after a period of calm in the region, as eyewitnesses said that the blast damages building close to the blast.

Algerian forces moved to the scene immediately after the blast, cordoned off the area and launched a combing operation that allowed finding a second roadside bomb that was rapidly dismantled.
