France: talks with Algeria on debts are going well
French social affairs minister Marisol Touraine said there are talks between France and Algeria about debts owed to French hospitals that had provided health care to Algerian patients.
Talks with Algeria are going very well. That would speed up solution for the problem between the two countries ahead of French President François Holland’s official visit to Algeria due to be paid next month, Touraine told Thierry Mariani, deputy at French Parliament.
The deputy said France must get back its money which estimated at 20 million euros.
Speaking about the “noise” he made a week ago when he had asked the French president to expose the problem to Algeria on his forthcoming visit, Mariani said he claimed for a French right and he did not did that to raise noise.
