French consulate in Algiers unmask 40 Algerian lawyers

Well informed sources revealed that the French consulate in Algiers officially requested to meet with the lawyer Yahia Bouaamama at earliest to discuss the case of the fake files handed out by 40 Algerian lawyers at the consulate services I order to get visas.

• Several fake documents, including marriage certificates were used by these lawyers to prove that they were married to French women, but the investigations carried out by the consulate revealed that the lawyers were not actually married, but some of them got their visas anyway.
• In this respect, judicial sources revealed the case is under investigation and provisional measures were applied against two individuals purported to be part of the scandal and were banned to leave the country till the end of the investigation.
• The lawyers’ union representative, Yahia Bouaamama has, in a declaration to “Echourouk”, denounced these practices declaring that these layers hve to shoulder full responsibility of their acts.
