French Foreign Minister to visit Algeria in July
French party took the initiative to build bridges of convergence with Algeria, and repair what was corrupted by right-wing politics of the former president, Nicolas Sarkozy, as the head of the French diplomacy will visit Algeria in the first half of next month.
French Foreign Ministry said that Laurent Fabius, will visit Algeria on July 15, which is the first official visit of a high French official to Algeria since the defeat of the right wing in the presidential and legislative elections in the left wing controlled the power in Paris.
Spokesman of the French Foreign Ministry, Bernard Valero said that Laurent Fabius plans to travel to Algeria on an official visit “as soon as possible,” adding that the date will be announced after consultation with the Algerian side.
