Algerian national gendarmerie of Tlemcen province (west of Algeria) dismantled four networks specialized in weapons and ammunition’s possession and trade, and arrested the majority of their leaders, who are behind this activity, where gendarmerie commanders reveal that two people, considered the most important criminals, have been arrested.

•  It concerns a professional merchant in weapons’ trade and smuggling operations across the Moroccan borders, in addition to an emigrant living in France, thus big amounts of weapons and ammunition have been sized in two separate operations, and retrieved 6 rifles and 3 kg of gunpowder.
• Same security official revealed in the outcome of the first six months of this year that, they seized huge quantities of materiel used in manufacturing explosives in the output of Al Hanaia City.
• According to available information, retrieved ammunition by gendarmerie was directed for manufacturing explosives.
