General Directorate of Civil Protection fired three employees who reported on bribery and corruption

Directorate of staff at the civil protection rushed two days ago to fire three employees of the sector on the grounds that they handed over files related to judicial corruption and looting funds of the public collaborative of civil protection workers, to justice services.

Abdelkrim Rabouh, Director-General of the collaborative of public workers of civil protection asserted, in a statement to Echorouk, that the file of corruption was reported to justice and services of the judicial police back in 2010, but they refused to take responsibility for corruption and wasting of the collaborative fund, accusing the former director of being implicated in such acts.
Rabouh Abdelkrim recognizes  in a report which he prepared personally, the existence of manipulation of money of the adherents in the public collaborative of the civil protection workers, as he personally asked the head of the accounts to send the documents that expose the manipulation of money to justice.
Rabouh Abdelkrim revealed in a report prepared together with Riah Toufik, that he stood on the looting of the funds of compensation for the agents who are involved in collaborative, which requires monitoring the records of the banking operations, before stopping the monitoring process in unusual circumstances, after it has become clear that there are real manipulations of the workers’ money, and after recognition of the responsible for accounts of his acts and asked his colleagues not to expose him.
The file was covered up after commitment of accused Alwarti Azzedine to hand over the stolen money from his own account at the “CNEP” bank,  as the same people and in unknown circumstances, covered up the process of selling wood of the collaborative in the area of Sido in Tlemcen (western Algeria), in mysterious circumstances, and sell factory of clothing in Khenchla (eastern Algeria), in mysterious circumstances, in addition to signing a blank check by the president of the collaborative, although he submitted his resignation on last November 18.
