Government council set to stamp out creeping bureaucracy and red tape
Informed sources told Echorouk that Wednesday's meeting of the Government council will be essentially geared to bolstering the fight against the nefarious scourge of bureaucracy and red tape in the country's administrative facilities as part of the government's action-plan for the enhancement of efficiency and transparency.
- The council is also expected to tackle other outstanding issues related to university training as well as employment and investment procedures in line with exhaustive reports worked out by the ministers of higher education and scientific research and Industry and small and medium – sized enterprises respectively.
- The council will also hear a detailed report by the interior and local assemblies minister Daho Ould Kablia aimed at clearing the manifold bureaucratic hurdles in the face of the citizens in order to refurbish the vexed relationship between the citizens and the administration.
