The Algerian PM Ahmed Ouyahia emends the executive decree, which specified the contents of the public service for the post and telecommunications, as well as the tariffs applied to them and how they are financed, in the context of the sectors’ policy and in accordance with the national plan, after consulting the services of the post and telecommunications.

• For this purpose, the decree requires the identification of the key objectives and priorities in developing the public service.

• The contribution for the customers of the post, including the client in charge of ensuring the public service of the post, determines 3% of their turnover related to the exchange of the national and international accounts, and determines the contributions for customers of the telecommunications, as defined in the book of conditions.
