Government launched large projects in the Wrong time
While the state’s institutions, including the executive body, notice an unprecedented recession and silence, and na undeclared “resign” of the legislative authorities since the elections, some ministers announced, in the last two weeks a series of projects worth billions of dollars, which opens the door to many questions about the reality of ruling the country on one hand, and the effectiveness of these projects on the other hand, and the desired objectives as well.
“government” declared recently, through the APS, on a of series deals for completing large projects related to transportation, energy, health, as a reaction to the political “recession” which is experienced by various institutions of the Republic, and anticipate what may result in “congestion” that occur in the social front. However; the speed applied in the announcement of these projects, and the time in which they were declared (government without seven ministers) make a lot of observers feel that these projects were launched without enough studies, or wer oe announced with misplaced objectives.
In this context the General Manager of the Algiers Metro, Omar Hadbi, said government allocated more than 447 billion dinars, the equivalent of (6 billion dollars) for tramway projects in Ouargla, Setif, Annaba, Batna, Blida, Bechar, Bejaia, Biskra, Tebessa, Djelfa, Skikda, and Tlemcen, projects which will be launched soon.
