Government lifts the budget of the university services to 120 billion dinars

Algerian government has decided to monitor 120 billion dinars beginning of next year, in order to apply the decision to increase the grants of students, so the decision is valid from the beginning of next January.

• Official sources told Echorouk that services of planning at the Ministry of Finance estimated the financial impact of the application of the decision to increase the grants of the students in Algeria, including the foreign students at 120 billion dinars.
• It is also expected, according to our sources, the amount of the grants will increase from 420 billion dinars in the current year to 510 billion dinars in the next year, an increase of over 80 billion dinars, the amount which represents about 20%.
