GSPC planned attacks on oil facilities unveiled
terrorists planning for an attack
Security services in the province of Ouargla, in southern Algeria, have rounded up 3 terrorists who confessed, during questioning, that GSPC terrorists were planning to perpetrate attacks against oil installations in the Algerian sahara during the holy month of fasting of Ramadan.

The terrorist gangs were in fact planning to blow up the 170km-long oil pipeline linking Hassi Messaoud to Touggourt.

The 3 arrested terrorists, hailing from southern Algeria, also acknowledged GSPC covert plans providing for attacks and abductions against foreign expatriates working for oil and gas companies based in the south of the country.

The 3 culprits further admitted that they were in charge of regenerating GSPC logistical back – up cells in the region before their arrest.

The 3 terrorists will be facing trial before the Ouargla criminal court in the next few days.
