Heavy rain falls expected southern Algeria

Algerian meteorological services warned that Heavy dawn pours will hit several regions south of the country the coming days.   Special bulletins have been issued reporting that torrential rains may cause dangerous damages and will reach the volume of 30mm in Adrar and Tamenrasset localities, Southern Algeria. The heavy dawn pour is expected to move to neighbouring areas such as Ghardaia, Ouargla, El Aghouat, Al Djalfa, Biskra and El Oued. Floodings killed 87 people in southern regions of Algeria early this month.
