Hollande's visit to Algeria..The greatest treason

French President visit to Morocco exposed the duplication and manipulation of the French officials, who even use the term “friendship” with Algeria.

Francois Hollande sent an encrypted message read by the Moroccan side, containing statements that show the impression that France corrected the “mistake” which it committed when it decided to visit Algeria before Morocco on December 2012, although the president Francois Hollande refused to recognise and apologise on the colonial crimes.

Both Moroccan and French media trumpeted for the “results” of Hollande’s visit to Morocco last week end, as it was clear through the “evaluation” which countries snapped up through their media and officials, especially concerning the dangerous files that France was committed ostensibly to the Algerian approach.

However; Hollande’s statements in some subjects exposed the hidden truth and revealed on the political hypocrisy of the French authorities.

Hollande announced “Everything that Morocco thinks it is good and positive to offer is also good and positive to France”, examining in his speech before the Moroccan parliament, that the Moroccan proposal of self governance in Western Sahara is “Serious and has a credibility to find a negotiated solution”, adding that, “Morocco presented a plan for giving a wide self determination in the Sahara region. I say here before you that this proposal is a serious basis and has a good credibility to reach a negotiable solution for the Sahara crisis”.

French President expressed his conviction that the crisis of Western Sahara is a stumbling block before the progress of Maghreb union, calling for the need to work to relaunch the construction of the Maghreb union, in order to realise a regional integration, as a strategic option which would bring benefit for the region’s people.

Moroccan PM, Abdelilah Ben Kirane, announced that ,”this confirms the traditional position of France in supporting Morocco in its largest issues!”.

This statement which matches with the Moroccan vision and claims, is according to observers a “gift” from Hollande to the “Emir”, and here is the first treason, because Hollande did not speak during his visit to Algeria about the issue of western sahara with all these details, support, eloquence and loyalty, which confirms that Hollande preferred supporting the “Moroccan colonialism”, contrary to Algeria and United Nations’ calls and expectations         

On the occasion of his visit to Morocco, both human rights watch and reporters without Borders organisations, asked Francois Hollande to raise the issue of human rights with the Moroccan authorities, but he responded by supporting the Moroccan  colonialism is Western Sahara, in order to insure more massacres.
