Housing Ministry:”AADL 2 files should be deposited by mail”

Housing Ministry in coordination with the National Agency for the Housing Development and Improvement (AADL) to take concessional actions about people who want to take advantage of the houses under sale with renting in the new program “AADL 2”, as the launch of the website of recordings this Friday, will reveal the lists of the accepted files, immediately after the file will match with information in the preliminary registration form, before allowing the deposition of the files.

Informed sources told Echorouk that depositing the files of subscribers in the new program, that are accepted in principle will be by post mail, as the beneficiary filed “an embedded address” at the level of the post office, then AADL ensures correspondence to confirm the receipt and ask him/her to go to its office in order to get the waybill.

Housing Ministry decided to create some positions and jobs, which task will be studying the files and scrutinizing them, in order to match them with the information in the forms, and is also preparing to support AADL users with university graduates, in order to accelerate the end of the study and the initiation of the second phase relating to granting the receipts of payment and installments of housing , as they will undergo to the process of recycling and rehabilitation in the administrative side, to accelerate the pace of work, as it will determine the conditions of these positions in the coming days, as this is done in conjunction with the launch of residential projects that will be covered by the institutions of the “small list”, having recently been released and granted to the agencies and companies of the housing sector in order to facilitate their tasks, and finish the residential programs to quit deadlines agreed in the range of 18 to 24 months at the latest estimate.
