Housing Projects: 30.000 new houses for Cops and police officers
Housing Ministry allocated a quota of 30.000 housing units for the benefit of cops and police officers, as every large Wilaya will benefit from a share of 1000 houses, and give priority of use to the police officers of a middle-income, and will be delivered from the end of 2014.
An official source at the central service of health and social activity and sports at General Directorate of the National Security told Echorouk, that the 30.000 housing units which are planned for the year 2013-2014, allocated, within the framework of the Convention, which took place between the General Directorate of Security and the Ministry of Housing for police officers in various ranks and who receive modest wages ranging between 24.000 and 18.000 ZDZ.
Under this agreement, according to our source, all governors are compelled to allocate the share of housing for the benefit of security agents, as this quota reached 1000 houses in the large cities like Algiers, Constantine, Annaba, Oran, Setif and other Wilayas.
According to Echorouk sources, based on the agreement, a coordination between the social services of the Directorates of security services and AADL offices, where the staff will ensure depositing the files on their level automatically, beginning by enabling users of the police to take advantage of the National Endowment for the accommodation of subsidies estimated at 70 million centimes, as well as the contribution of the General Directorate of financial subsidies with 10 million centimes.
The beneficiary can also get a sum of money which directly can be received by the bank account of OPGI offices estimated to 50 million centimes provided by the National Fund for social services equation.
