Housing:Special committee to study appeals of rejected files in “AADL” and “Public Promotional” projects

Ministry of Housing and Urbanism decided to create a ministerial committee of appeal, to study appeals that were filed by citizens who wished to have houses of the type of sales with renting “AADL” or Public Promotional housing.

This committee has the mission to receive appeals of citizens whose demands to subscribe were rejected, because they did not respect the conditions of benefit that were specified under the procedures in force.

Reliable sources told Echorouk that the ministry resorted to the creation of this Central Committee in order to ensure accurate monitoring of the files that were rejected, and impose transparency, as well as raising confusion about the reasons for the rejection and scrutiny, with granting a second chance for citizens who can have their right to take advantage of the housing but who faced rejection  for any reason, especially what is related to providing false information, as the office can submit its argument through the legal limit for filing appeals, and the Committee will consider it.

 

According to the available information, the end of the study files that were deposited at the level of the bodies of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, whether it’s related to the directorates of upgrading real estate for the public promotional housing, which is charged with receiving files of citizens who are wishing to take advantage of the new formula of housing that is oriented  for the class of affluent citizens, or agencies of developing and improving housing, which is in charge of receiving files of citizens of middle income who want to take advantage of selling with rent formula, in order to enable the citizens who rejected their files to get closer to the central committee that was created at the level of the ministry.
