Housing:Tebboune orders his Managers to eliminate “improper” houses

Minister of Housing and Urbanisme, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ordered the General Managers of AADL offices, managers of housing, and managers of public equipment, as well as managers of reconstruction and architecture for the need to pay attention to this day on the seventh of October, which falls within the framework of the activity of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Reconstruction, calling for the contribute to the develop a modern, civilized and urban architectural style, which is inspired from the Arab and Islamic values​​.

Tebboune asserted on the need to organize information fairs about construction and architecture, and major projects for housing in the Wilayas, as well as launching residential programs, and reduce the improper housing mandate  in the cities, and provide subsidy programs for the benefit of urban and rural housing, and to provide simplified regulatory actions for framing operations such as recordings and get on the various subsidies provided by the state for various income groups, with the exploitation of the opportunity to sensitize the citizens to the importance of preserving the construction environment, in coordination with the concerned bodies.
