Italian companies set to build 100 thousand housing unites in Algeria

Several Italian construction companies will start the building of 100 thousand housing units in Algeria as of the current quarter in partnership with their Algerian ones.

The projects will be granted to the Algerian – Italian companies as part of joint ventures through mutual agreement provided they transfer technology and the Italian factories to Algeria.

Talking yesterday during a working session with the managers of Algerian and Italian building companies, the ministry’s Secretary General Ali Boulaares has indicated that Algeria looks forward for the transfer of the Italian technology and expertise to Algeria as well as the establishment of factories on the Algerian soil.

The Italian deputy minister of transportation Mario Tchatcha has asserted that the Italian companies came to Algeria for a long dwell and will launch training schools soon, noting that he believes that the Algerian – Italian cooperation will create wealth to both countries.

The Director General of the State’s Assets Management Company Hafid Façouli has yesterday revealed to Echouoruk that Algeria will give all the facilities to the foreign companies in order to set up joint ventures and start working in Algeria at earliest
