Justice: Judges complain of the pressures which cause killer diseases

Judges complain, during the works of the fourth regional meeting, that was hosted at Constantine court, eastern Algeria, on Saturday, of the pressures they face during the performance of their duties, and which caused chronic diseases among them, leading to negative impact on their professional and social lives, in light of a lack of real care for their situation.

Judges agree in their interventions on the obstacles and problems which day face daily in their lives, before the increasing pressures, as they become an easy aim that can be implicated in  problems and under pressures that have negative affects on their health and social life.

Judges condemn the anonym messages which target some of them unfairly, asking for their right to retrieve account through the launching of in depth investigations by security services to uncover the source of these messages which prove that they contain unfair allegations to target the judge.

Judges ask for their right as any citizen to raise complaints against the anonymous people who send these messages, and even complaints that are raised against them unfairly. They also ask for providing the good circumstances to perform their duties in realizing fair justice, through improving their social situations and allocating houses for them, in the framework of the state’s housing projects, as well as rushing to issue the basic law for judges that could insure a progress in the professional situation and determine the responsibilities, especially with regard to the relationship of the judge and assistants of justice.

Judges call for the need to get rid of the administrative dependence, and the openness on the national media to report their concerns and respond to the increasing campaigns.
