Karim Ziani to Echorouk: “My hapless brawl with Edin Dzeko is a thing of the past”

Algerian international Karim Ziani and his team mate Edin Dzeko were involved in an incident during Tuesday's training session of their German squad VFL Wolfsburg. 

• Contacted by “Echorouk” for more explanations on the affair, Ziani’s father, Rabah, asserted that now everything had been settled after a reconciliation between the 2 players.
• Rabah said that Karim Ziani, who was under the effect of fasting of Ramadhan, replied violently to a reckless tackling by Edin Dzeko during their team’s training session.
• Their team mates broke the brawl up before things got out of hand any further, while head coach Armin Veh watched the brawling players without any reaction.
• Armin Veh seems to have turned a blind eye to this brawl for the good of the Wolfsburg squad who are bracing for a decisive Bundesliga match later this week versus Bayern Munich.
