Leaflets distributors sentenced ten years prison
Criminal court of Bechar locality, south of Algeria, dismissed after several postponements in the case of distributing leaflets containing dangerous talk about the Algerian borders, which may affect safety and integrity of Algeria. Three accused were sentenced to ten years imprisonment and two others were not guilty.

The incident appeared November 2005 following information by the Police of Bechar about the presence of these leaflets which contained symbols assigned to a Sheik of the Kendousia and former president of the provincial council.

The leaflets carried the signature “The Executive Office to help the Moroccan people”.
