Libya FM:”Gaddafi's widow, his son still in Algeria”

A number of Gaddafi family stayed in Algeria, and it comes to his widow Safia Fekrache and his son Hanibal and wife, while the rest of the family went to Amman, Libya Foreign Minister , Mohamed Abdelaziz said.

“Tripoli received confirmation from Amman about the Gaddafis who were granted asylum by the Sultanate under the condition of not running a political activity.

Libya FM, who is viisting Amman with a Libyan mission led by the head of the national General conference, Mohamed Al Mokrif, told AFP; “Amman accepted to receive them as political refugees and this is its right, and what concerns it is that they will not have a political activity that opposed 17 November revolution”.

“We obtained confirmations in several occasions by Amman that they can not assault the February revolution. They are Libyan nationals, therefor they should serve their nation if they love it really, at the end Libya is above everything”.

“Amman received Aicha Gaddafi, her sons, husband and brother Mohamed, and the rest stayed in Algeria”.

Gaddafis came to Algeria after the revolution in 2011, including Gaddafi’s widow Safia and son Hannibal.

Algeria showed discontent due to Aicha’s call to declare revolution in the end of 2011 against the new rule in Libya after the death of her father Colonel Muamnar Gaddafi.
