Leader of the Labour Party, Louisa Hanoune, warned of a mass protest in southern regions of Algeria, if government does not rush to contain the situation and provide the necessary needs for youth in these regions.
Louisa Hanoune revealed in a popular gathering on Friday, on world Women’s Day, that there are reports by western organizations (in the field of human rights), which talk about the weakness of development in the Kabylian and southern areas of Algeria.
“It is strange and goes with the thesis of the separatist Ferhat Mehanni. An American private company trained more than 200 Algerian youth to use them in erupting an Arab spring soon in Algeria, according to the company. There are other non governmental organizations that belong to the US intelligence which aim to disturb Algeria’s stability, exploiting the tough situations in southern regions in recent time through launching strange slogans that call for separation of the south with Algeria”, she added.
“I am happy for the heroic position and patriotism of the inhabitants of the south, who adhere to the national unity and defend the united Algeria, but this does not mean that the social development in the southern cities is stable. I call for the application of the positive resolution base to solve the problems of citizens in the south”.
Hanoune started talking about the struggle of Hugo Chavez, and asked the attendant to stand a minute to mercy the soul of the man who opposed, since the beginning the law of Chakib Khalil on hydrocarbons, and went away to present exiting and dangerous episodes of financial and administrative corruption, saying; “Algerian state is in danger if Bouteflika will nit rush to work things out according to a time agenda that avoids Algeria a war in Mali and foreign interference that enemies are planning and preparing for, including countries and organizations.
“Practical solutions lie in supporting justice and give it more independence, in addition to electing real representative popular councils. Labour party is the only which opposed the law on hydrocarbons in 2005”.
