Malian Security forces arrest Mauritanians, assistants of terrorist « Belmokhtar »

Malian Security agents have arrested two terrorists for in manufacturing explosives including most prominent leaders in the GSPC, who are activists under the « Masked men » battalion’s banner, under the leadership of the so-called « Mokhtar Belmokhtar » known as « Alaouar », the ninth zone’s leader in the so-called « Hassan Hattab »’s era.

• According to sources close to the Malian security forces, they arrested two terrorists in Kaolate of last August in northern Mali. They were living in a hideout which is a workshop for manufacturing explosives and traditional bombs. They were caught addressing some explosives’ compounds.
• According to the same sources, the terrorists were arrested without any resistance and a significant amount of military equipment were seized within this cache, including arms, ammunition and materials for manufacturing explosives, in addition to cellular-type Thoraya mobiles.
