Men carry out knife attack on school teachers and headmaster in Algeria
An investigation was opened on Thursday in an armed attack on an education staff in Khenchla province (east of Algiers).

The suspects are young men aged between 16 and 35 who attacked a school’s guards, proctors and headmaster using knifes.
A touristy car which was parked next to the school was broken while the school’s teachers were obliged to let their pupils go for fears of any danger.
Security forces intervened and arrested the main suspect who studies at the school while they are searching for the rest.
According to reliable sources, a teacher of French at the school had submitted a report to the headmaster informing him that a pupil had show a knife and threatened to kill her.
The pupil was kicked out but his classmate and relatives attacked tow guards, proctors and the school’s headmaster.
The Association of Pupils’ Parents and some representatives of civil society showed their anger and called on authorities to intervene and punish the involved suspects.
