Messi soon in Algeria

Barcelona star Lionel Messi is expected to pay a visit to Algeria soon as Qatar Telecom (Qtel) which is now OOREDOO announced him as its global brand ambassador, Joseph Jed, CEO of Qtel’s subsidiary Nedjma told Echorouk on Tuesday.

The visit date was not fixed due to Messi’s “heavy schedule,” Jed said on the sidelines of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Messi will be OOREDOO’s new commercial brand including OOREDOO- Algeria.

Earlier, world football star Zinedine Zidane animated an advertisement campaign for Nedjma.

Messi’s visit will be a big “media” hit in view of the position of the Argentinean player who moves heaven and earth wherever he goes.
