During an inspection visit yesterday to this eastern province, Amar Ghoul made it clear to the company in charge of this project that it has to keep up the pace in order to link both the provinces of Bouira and Bordj Bou Arreridj by next June at the latest, with the view to facilitating access to the province of Constantine (eastern megalopolis) starting from Algiers.

The minister brought into focus the difficulties that will face this company while performing its work given that the province of Bordj Bou Aarreridj is a mountainous region and its geological features require, he said, priority infrastructures like the construction of several bridges and other complementary projects.
