More than 58 million books’ copies to meet the Algerian pupils’ needs
The General Director of school publications Mr.Hammani, announced on Tuesday that the prices of school books will not raise this year, taking into account the circumstances of the poor families, and said that the bureau printed more than 58 million copies of books in anticipation of this school year, thus reaching all the educational institutions since three days.

- Hammani confirmed in a press conference on Tuesday that his interests began printing books since about three months compared to recent years, because of taking a sufficient time to review those publications, then revising and correcting all the errors, where this operatrion begun on the 17th of last Fabruary.

Four Algerian pupils will benefit from school books freely, and this number includes poor children and preparatory pupils, as well as primary schools’ pupils, which means that the process will touched half the total number of pupils estimated at 8 million, at a cost of 6.5 billion DA.
