National competition to hire 3000 doctors in more than 20 specializations

Ministry of Health and Population announced on the organization of a competition to get the degree of a key specialist practitioner in public health, as the number of the opened jobs reached 3004 in more than 20 specializations , including eight new specializations.

Ministry of Health estimated its needs of various specializations, as pediatrics came on top of these needs with 231 financial positions, intern medicine with over 150 financial positions, obstetrics and gynecology with 144 positions, occupational medicine with 137 positions, psychiatry with 117 positions.

Health Ministry estimated its needs in anesthesiology and resuscitation to 299 positions, orthopedic surgery medicine to 164 positions, infectious diseases medicine to 137 positions, ophthalmology 92 positions, dental surgery 114 positions, pulmonology 85  positions, pharmacy 11 positions.   

For the first time the ministry opens competition in new specializations like the nuclear medicine with 8 positions, as the number of open specializations reached over 20 in medical and paramedical specializations, and the files of participation should be delivered  before the end of this month, at the level of high national institutes of paramedics.

Health ministry decided to open the competition for the various health practitioners who have expertise of five years.
