New lawsuit against Sonatrach officials at Milano court

Office of Milano court prosecutor registers officially the judicial law suit that was deposited by the Associations of Algerian community in France against Chakib Khalil, Farid Bedjaoui and other Algerian officials, on the back ground of Sonatrach scandal and real estates that were bought by these men in Paris neighbourhoods, after these associations were declared as a civil party.

Echorouk obtained an official letter from the general prosecution of Milano court, about the movement of Algerian citizens in France and the national Algerian council for migration, confirming that the official registration of the judicial lawsuit, that was filled by the movement of Algerian citizens in France and the Algerian national council for immigration, was dated on last March 15, and issued from the office of protocols, said that the judicial lawsuit was raised by two movements if Algerian community in France.

Coordinator of the movement of Algerian nationals in France, Amr Ait Mokhtar, told Echorouk that the movement wants through this judicial lawsuit to stop looting and spending money of Algerians, which turned poor officials to wealthy people and enabled them to buy real estates in the richest neighbourhoods of Paris, due to bribery that Saipam offered to Sonatrach officials, who used it in buying luxurious places in Paris with unbelievable prices.
