Northern teachers move to Southern areas for better results
The southern cities of Tamanrasset, Ilizi and Adrar recorded a very feeble rate of success among the intermediate classes whereas; cities like Bechar and Tindouf (southern parts) are lagging behind among the beginners.

In light of these results, Education Ministry sent a report to the head of the government in order to investigate on the main causes behind this overall failure.

Talking in a conference call at the ministry HQ, the general secretary revealed his sector’s plan to remedy to this situation through the implementation of some incentives to encourage teachers from the northern parts of the country to move to the south, including housing.
