Over 177.000 Employers Benefited From Exemptions From Sanctions Of Delaying Debt Repayment
More than 177.000 employers benefited, until the end of last June, from the exemptions from increases and penalties of delays concerning the payment of debts or declaration of workers within the measures of the Complementary Finance Act of 2015, General Manager of the National Fund for Social Security, Hassan Tidjani Haddam said on the sidelines of his visit to Guelma (Eastern Algeria), on Tuesday.
“Such a large number of beneficiaries from the same law measures represents approximately 50% of all employers in Algeria. The outcome of these measures in which the work was extended until the end of the ongoing year is very positive for the Fund”.
“More than 147.000 employers of the total beneficiaries of the same law measures, were able to definitively settle their status with the fund and paid all the financial amounts of their principle contributions, with their benefit from exemptions, increases and penalties of delays concerning the payment of their debts or declaration of their employees.
“Outcome of these measures noticed the granting of more than 18,000 listings for employers to pay their delayed contributions to the fund”.
“Positive results of the incentives that were brought by the Complementary Finance Act 2015, which also exposed by recording in the same period more than 16,500 beneficiaries from the voluntarily joining action to the action of those who are operating without social coverage system”.
“Revenues that are recorded over the recent years noticed a continuous upward trend. An increase in revenues was recorded during the first two months of 2016 by up to 10% compared to the same period of 2015. Increasing income ratio also noticed a rise by 11% between 2014 and 2015, after it was in the range of 7% between 2013 and 2014.
