The National Council of the Teachers in the secondary and technical education warned of the results of the large costs because the school entry coincides with Ramadan and Eid Al Fitre (Muslims’ religious feast), offset by low wages and high cost of necessities in the markets, thing which resulted in the sense of helplessness and debt.

• The report said the school year will be volatile because of the density and size of lessons causing pressure and fatigue among the pupils, thing which reduce the ability to focus, as well as the long distance of some educational institutions, particularly rural areas and inlands, to the lack of school canteens and scientific means, as well as the heating and means of entertainment in many schools.

• “The decision of a two-days holiday as a weekly holiday and the distribution of four hours in the week end on four days, will have an impact in the rise of the evening lessons”, Meziane Mariane, General Secretary of the National Independent Association of the Teachers of the secondary and technical school says.
