Postal Centres facing disarray in western Algeria.

Thousands of citizens have been forming endless human chains in front of the postal centres of several towns and cities in western Algeria over the past 3 days in the hope of receiving their money but so far to no avail.

• This is the bitter outcome of a lingering money crisis which is gripping the postal centres of several western cities including among others Oran, Mostaganem, Relizane, Chlef and Bechar where a row is still going on.

• This situation gave rise to recriminations and expostulations on the part of the disgruntled citizens who failed to withdraw their monthly salary in expectation of the holy month of fasting of Ramadhan.
