Pre-employment contract victims protest in Algeria
People who have pre-employment contracts took to the street on Tuesday in different provinces to protest against delay in integration by authorities.
The employees plan to gather in large protests in the capital by the end of September. They shouted slogans condemning their situation and criticizing officials who did not apply their integration decisions.
President of the National Committee of Pre-employment Contracts Mohamed Boulsina told Echorouk the protesting employees conveyed a clear message to authorities to open dialogue and integrate all the graduated people who have pre-employment contracts in permanent positions. “Yet, authorities insist on turning a deaf ear to our demands.”
“As the government did not satisfy our legitimate demands and closed dialogue, we call on all the employees to be unified and continue their fight until they get their legitimate rights,” he added.
There are more than people who have pre-employment contracts in Algeria.
