At the time of the presidency have stopped the movement of heads of departments which were referred by the Interior Ministry, and the two movements in the diplomatic ranks and judges reached the drawer of the desk of the head of the Presidential Office, and refused to get out of it again in any way, in light of the government change that overthrew heads of the ministerial sectors who are involved in the transfer movements which threatens the return of the files to the scratch.

Reliable sources told Echorouk that the presidency has frozen the movement in the ranks of heads of departments, which had been referred by the Ministry of Interior and Local Authorities a period ago, while it did not issue any green light neither to the former interior minister, Dahou Ould Kablia, nor the current Tayeb Belaiz, by adjusting the list of the movement in the wire of governors, which has become necessary at the present time because of the vacancy that is left by upgrading four governors.
