President Bouteflika decides sending “Tassili 2” ship in Benghazi to evacuate Algerian nationals
ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika decided to dispatch “Tassili 2” ship to Benghazi to evacuate the Algerians from Libya, State Secretary for National Community Abroad Halim Benatallah said Saturday in Algiers.
“400 to 500 Algerians, including 150 families will be evacuated aboard this ship in addition to those repatriated by plane,” Benatallah said in a press declaration before the departure of “Tassili 2” from Algiers port heading to Benghazi (Libya).
“This travel comprises a delegation of foreign ministry, a medical team and agents of national police,” he stressed.
