President Bouteflika to meet with the new government

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika summoned government ministers of Abdelmalek Sallal, for a meeting of ministers next Monday, the meeting, which comes seven months after the last Council of Ministers brought the President with Government of Ahmed Ouyahia.

This meeting would signal the official start of the activity of the National People’s Council, which remains outside ‭ ‬ the ‭legislation ‭despite ‭four months since the elections ‭that ‭led to the new Lower Chamber of the parliament‭. ‬

According to government sources, President Bouteflika will meet government ministers of Abdelmalek Sellal for the first time next Monday, so as to decide about the agenda that included more than 10 points, the most important are bills that prepare the way for activity of Parliament and it comes to five important files, about the finance bill for the year 2013, and review the budget for the same year, and the presentation of a plan of work of Sellal’s government, and the amended bill that supplemented the bill on hydrocarbons, and a bill of pensions of retirees of the national People’s army.

The agenda of the Council of Ministers contains a series of decrees that included international treaties, and the most important thing at all remains the results of the coming plan of work for the new government that will be raised today to debate and ratify before the government.

according to Echorouk sources, the government’s work plan branched on the number of doors, led by the door ‭‬on ‭improving the citizen’s ‭perimeter, and anti-terrorism, which‬ would insure a ‭strategic development, and improve the public ‭security, and continue the reform of ‭justice‭.

‬In the aspect of promoting human development, the government’s action plan, which the new prime minister consider as an action to continue to apply the program of the president in all the sectors that are related directly to citizens such as education, housing, health, water, transport, unemployment and improve the purchasing power of ‭citizen, and ‭on the other hand, the action plan ‭ of the Executive chamber focused in ‭ ‬ strengthening the‭ ‬essential realizations ‭and continue the economic development ‭.
