Prime Minister to launch a full inventory on Bouteflika's 15 years' rule

Prime Ministry asked all the bodies and government departments to prepare a comprehensive inventory of the outcome of all sectors’ achievement during the last 15 years.

Sources related to the subject told Echorouk that the Ministry of Finance commissioned its specialized services to coordinated the operation between all sectors and ministerial departments, each according to its specialty, to inform them about the accurate data information about the achievements on the ground and projects that notice delays in completion, with standing precisely at the reasons that hinder the progress of some projects.

The source added that the overall outcome will be ready before the end of the year, to be sent to the services of the Prime Ministry which will directly start the preparation of a comprehensive national toll for the three terms of the rule of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, in the social, economic and developmental fields.

Same source added , that the Prime Ministry, in cooperation with the services of the Finance Ministry, including the National Bureau of Statistics, and the National Economic and Social Council, will focus their efforts on a thorough analysis of all the elements relating to indicators of human development that are achieved by the country during a decade and a half, and compare it to how was these indicators at the beginning of the last decade, especially those related to unemployment indicators and quality of health services, education, higher education, housing, infrastructure, electricity , gas and sanitation, which are key determinants of what is known as indicators of quality of life.

Economically, the inventory includes all indicators of growth and its real impact on the national development in general, and the development of different regions and how to achieve true balance between all the actors and spaces, whether at the level of the north or the south or the north-south, and even within the actors themselves, and this in the context of the preparation for the launch of projects in the five-year plan for the coming period between 2015 and 2019.
