Public Institution of the new Hassi Messaoud city launches national and international auction

Public institution of the new city Hassi Messaoud in Oued Mari, Ouargla south of Algeria, which is belonging to Ministry of Energy and Mines, launches today a national and international limited auction for the completion of an initial and detailed project with preliminary studies in the share of roads.  

• “This national and international limited auction is addressed to the studies offices which are approved after long experience of 20 years or more, particularly in the field of urban development of new cities with over 100.000 inhabitants,” the public institution said.
• The public institution of the new city Hassi Messaoud decided to exclude contractors who will present more than one contract in the case of individuals or participate in many auctions.
• “National contractors have to pay 30.000 dinars to own an auction’s file and international contractors have to pay 300 euros”.
