Public utility projects must be completed: Algerian PM

Informed sources told Echorouk that Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia gave strict instructions to complete the construction of 1,480 child care centers and 1,200 library or reading rooms.

• This project has been frozen since 2006 although the State allocated a big amount of money for it as it was supposed to be achieved in the end of 2008.
• This project, which has been delayed many times, aimed at creating new spaces for children and youth leading to create new jobs estimated at 30,000 for its construction. The number of jobs that will be offered after the end of works is estimated at 20,000 permanent jobs, according to the same sources.
