Fifa president Sepp Blatter confirmed the small Middle Eastern country’s successful bid following a vote by the governing body’s 22-man executive committee today.

The 2018 and 2022 Fifa World Cup votes coincides with the national day of Qatar December 18th, as celebrations will mix up with each other and Doha will live exceptional moments.
Since the creation of World Cup Football games, no Arab or Muslim country hosted this event.Therefor, Qatar is the first country to do it.
