Radio Vatican blames Algeria over African illegal immigrants

European Christian organizations have issued an overwhelming report accusing the Algerian authorities of deporting African illegal immigrants outside their territories for racial reasons and not taking into account their refugees’ status.

The assessment has also denounced the Moroccan authorities for dislodging thousands of African illegal migrants towards the Algerian borders.

These associations have seized the opportunity of the visit of the Algerian Foreign Affairs Minister Mourad Medelci to the Belgium capital city Brussels, to forward the report to European institutions with he aim to pressure Algeria.

The report has also blasted the Moroccan authorities for enacting the European instructions that consist in pushing back waves of immigrants toward the deep south and the Algerian borders in order to spare the European shores.

The assessment has vehemently accused Algeria for arbitrarily deporting the African illegal immigrants from the northern cities to the southern parts like the city of Tamanrasset and Tinzaouatine near the Malian borders.

The document contains photos showing carcases of buildings in some areas of the capital city Algiers squatted by these Africans, noting that the Algerian authorities generally provide appropriate health cares for the immigrants.
