RC Kouba football club to join the first league

According to well informed sources, the Sports Tribunal ruled in favor of Raed Kouba soccer club and gave it back the points defalcated earlier after discussing the appeal of this club against the decision issued by both the Algerian football Association and the Algerian football league.

• The sports tribunal asked the federal bureau to reconsider its decision to allow the club to join the first league arguing that the club shouldn’t be punished because one of his players faulted.
• This institution Saturday unveiled its final verdict and forwarded it to both the Algerian football Association and the club (Raed Kouba) , but the player Khalidi , who forged identity, punished for his act while the club was cleared of all charges.
• The federal bureau is due to take its final decision within few hours and has the either to enforce the decision taken by the tribunal or refused it to keep the club in the second league.
