Real-estate website for the first time in Algeria

A website on real-estate will be launched in April for Algerian investors and foreign operators for the first time in Algeria.This website comes within the strategy of National Agency for Mediation and Real-estate Control. It contains all industrial real-estates available in industrial zones in Algeria in addition to information relating to investment in Algeria.

The national agency’s main mission consists in removing hindrances in terms of the development of real-estate economic market.

It plays the role of real-estate mediation on the basis of contracts with real-estates’ owners.
