Said Bouteflika, Tartag, Toufik, Louiza Hanoune To Be Brough Before The Military Court

The military court of Blida, the first military region, decided to program the case of Said Bouteflika, Generals Toufik and Taratg, and the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party, Louisa Hanoune, these officials who were sentenced to 15 years in prison, again on February, after the military prosecutor and the defendants appealed against the ruling that was issued against them.

The military court of Blida issued on September 25, it’s ruling in the presence of convicted and sentenced Said Bouteflika, Mohamed Mediane, Athmane Tartag and Louisa Hanoune, to 15 years in prison for the acts that were attributed to them, as it condemned both Khaled Nezzar, Lotfi Nezzar and Farid Benhamdine, with a 20-year prison sentence in absentia.
