Salaries of Algerian flight company's pilots to be increased

The Algerian flight company has fixed the date of June 31st as a deadline to enable its employees to receive the new salaries negotiated within the collective labor agreement in a move to stop the skilled personnel hemorrhage notably the pilots.

Talking to Echourouk the union general secretary, Hadj Baali Baali declared that discussions will continue next May adding that the salaries will be adjusted in  away to prevent the brain drain and the “fleeing” of the pilots to foreign companies , especially the gulf ones.

On the other hand, M Baali praised the policy implemented by the newly anointed general manager who did his best to call back the marginalized qualified personnel and reintegrate them in their original positions.
