Government will study the transfer of the Desert Warriors’ fans to Brazil and coordinate between the various ministerial sectors, invoking them to two main factors:The first, is a set of data that must be available then on the country to host the World Cup 2014, and the second do not risk with Algerian fans, Transport Minister, Amar Ghoul told Echorouk.

“I refuse to deal with file of transferring Algerian fans to Brazil in an arbitrary and improvisational way, because the process needs a comprehensive study, and from all sides, and yet we do not have sufficient data that enables us to perform viable study that agrees with consistent alternatives and the initial conception which may seem acceptable to secure the transfer of fans with a zero risk ratio at the borders. We will not subject the lives of our youth at risk, even though we understand their willingness to ride the odds in order to support the national team”.

“Preparation for the transfer of fans will take into account two factors: First, the internal demand, i.e. any desire expressed by the Algerians, and the second regards the presentations that the hosting country will offer. We will not start the study of alternatives only after the date of December 6. Any talk about preparations for the transfer of fans at the moment is precedence of time, because the draw will produce indicators that are essential in controlling the transfer plan of fans, including identifying the city that hosts the first round of qualifying matches in the World Cup draw, and on the basis of determining the city we will be limited to hotels and accommodation centers to be allocated to the reception, and will also assess the conditions of residence.”
