SIM cards identification process can’t be solved in 2 or 3 months

• If it is necessary to determine responsibility in this process, all cell phones dealers and policing authority are responsible, in addition to the ministry of trade and security who did not control the spread of customers’ numbers.
• In order to solve this problem the idea of creating a body of experts emerged, to find a real solution after it had been discovered that five million unidentified lines is a big figure economically, which caused anarchy, although this process can not be solved in two or three months.
